Dilhara Muthukuda, MPH is responsible for developing, coordinating, and facilitating community partnerships for the MSHIELD CQI. She has experience coordinating projects and fostering partnerships across sectors. She is a champion for embedding equity in every facet of work.

Previously, Dilhara worked at the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services as a program manager and evaluator. She was instrumental in leading the evaluation efforts and strategic planning process for the Cancer Prevention and Control Section. She loves to travel, play tennis, and spend time with her nieces and nephews.
